ABSOLUTLY AMAZING! I thought EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE; SKILLED CRAFTSMENSHIP; & TREMENDOUS SAVINGS WERE A THING OF THE PAST....NOT AT Premier Carpet & Flooring!! From the moment we walked through the doors of their spectacular showroom gallery to the day their friendly & professional installers left us with our gorgeous floors, we were amazed! We entered as potential customers...we left feeling like family! Our job was sizable, requiring hardwood, tile & carpeting. The owner sat with us and really listened to our needs. We discussed our options over coffee (tea for me) in their charming sitting area where my husband & I poured over samples of every kind! With any job this size, one would expect to run into some difficulties...we had a couple of minor issues that were immediately addressed with total concern & professionalism, which only added to our confidence in PC&F. They truly have taken the concept of a "Family Business" to a whole new level! We witnessed first-hand, that whether your needs & budget are modest or extravagant, EVERYONE is VALUED EQUALLY!! What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Most floor covering manufacturers will not warranty thier floor unless installed by either the authorized dealer or a certified installer. So, if your decision is NOT to use the dealer you purchased the floor from it is critical to select a certified installation company and not just a installer out of the yellow pages. We are an authorized dealer and installation company for all major brands of carpet & flooring.
