- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All service and product pricing is a menu system. Every client pays the same price for the particular service or product. The only variable is the service call price which is determined by distance, off normal and normal business hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customer or return customer our process at LOKDOC is a simple one. Contact us, explain your need in as much detail as possible and we will give you a solid price for the work required. We will ask as many questions as we can to determine what your repair cost will be. If you can answer the questions with enough information you have a 99% chance of getting a solid price with no change.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified and bonded locksmith since 1992. Since 1992 I have been in a continuous education process. As of 2008 the state of New Jersey requires 30 hours of continuous education for each license renewal period. I also owned a automotive repair facility for 23 years which puts me at an advantage with all the new automotive security technologies.
