About 1 month ago, my family called this company to provide estimates for a gas line hook up for an outdoor BBQ. Louis came to the house and gave us an estimate to the work; mind you, he said, he would need to drill into my house to connect directly to my gas pipe via my utility closet. Although there was an outside gas meter easily avaliable for him to utilize, but he claims he didn't know he could do that. When discussing price, he quoted me $1,000 to do the work, saying the price of the permit is driving the cost. I checked my Township and they said, the permit would cost $100 and the overall cost for the job should be around $500. Communicated all of this to Louis and he said he couldn't do the job and he would refund me my initial deposit of $675. I have been waiting weeks still no refund. I have sent text messages and left countless voice mail messages, so no feedback. Will continue to pursue Louis and the company for my refund. However, DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

we have a 30 day refund policy refund was approved and mailed this customer canceled project after getting a price half ours. it’s almost impossible to send out 2 men and make 2 trips with an inspection. true plumbing and heating companies carry full insurance including workers comp. the cost of doing business and running 5 trucks has hit new highs. we are very competitive. bottom line you can’t make every customer happy. our reviews and years in business say it all !!

A complete and utter disaster. After numerous delays I received a message asking for immediate payment of agreed amount via Venmo without inspecting the work done. Approved payment was to be by check. He already had a sizable down payment. Red Flags were not sending pictures of work. When I did get a picture it was very carefully taken to not show the structural damage to my home and that it was not even operational. He said he had left his workers to do the work but he had never inspected the work himself or contacted me to say they had mismeasured and took the option of cutting into load bearing support to make it fit instead. When I contacted him he stopped replying. DANGER.
