Chris provided prompt, honest and professional advice when I came to him with a need to get the house certified for the smoke detector inspection I needed to pass. He meticulously checked all the detectors in the house, and identified units that failed, while not overquoting me on unnecessary repairs. Passed the inspection on first try, without any issues.
