Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Working with computers allows us to see all aspects of computer usage, from being the core of a business to the core of a home family album. Regardless, we love to show people how to ensure that information is kept safe from being lost if anything happens to their computer. Educating our customers on the proper use of their computer lets us know they learned something new, and that they'll be able to troubleshoot simple issues if it ever happens again. We're here for our customers, not a corporation. Other than that, simple and quick repair saves us from hearing about our customer going to a "Computer Repair Store" and spending almost the same amount they paid for the computer...just to have it fixed!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing system for all computer-related services is simple and straight-forward. We charge $50 an hour for an on-site technician to make sure any & all problems are taken care of. We also offer maintenance packages, which include our technicians being able to install a remote-access software on one or more PCs, enabling us to have instant control of your computer at your demand. This cuts any travel time and allows us to show you exactly what steps we take to resolve the issue at hand. This method will only work for PCs that have a current internet connection. Our Web Design, Development, and Hosting prices are posted on our website if you have any questions or comments feel free to send us a message, e-mail, or phone call so we can help you out as soon as possible!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our most common types of jobs vary due to the wide range of services that we offer. The top three most common types would be computer repair (Physical repair or repair of the file system after getting an infection from a virus or malware), website creation (Why not own a website if you own a business?), and network installation (To properly ensure reliability, security, and ease of access). Those would be the most common types of jobs, based on three different types of clientele. No matter what field you are in, or even if you're just a simple home user, we always suggest that you keep a back up of any important data and keep your anti-virus up to date. We love supporting our customers, but there many cases where a problem could have been simple avoided by sticking to those two key suggestions. The more you are prepared for an incident, the less impact it will have if you ever have one!
