- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm willing to discuss the total price of a project in person so that the customer can get a complete breakdown of all costs (as well as explain specifics regarding materials or any extras).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am open to all new customers and am willing to meet before the work is done in order to introduce my job services and understand all requests that are part of completing the project. I feel this is the best way to give an estimate to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical training, plumbing, carpentry, construction, demolition, painter. Can also help with technology related problems (networking, computer diagnostics, device troubleshooting/improvements).
