FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system is simple and more or less goes by the hour and the type of event for which photography is required. Edited digital photos are the norm. Album design and printing or edited cinematography are separately priced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography is a very hands on affair. If you are hiring an experienced professional instead of an student / amateur, she already has the knowhow to do the job and continually hones that while on the job. It also involves not using outdated equipment or editing software. Attending seminars or classes adds little to the photographer that would translate a better level of service to you.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Photography has been a passion for me through the years. I love people photography, and I excel in candid photography, as would my street photography portfolio show. At a point of time I was regulartly exhibiting at competitions worldwide, mainly my street phtoographs. It was great to be recognised. However I felt the need to see that satisfaction up close in others and that could only come with providing a service. I felt I could offer a style of photography to clients who care for it and in the process be part of the important milestones of their lives.
