- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide detailed pricing for each and every job as no two jobs are alike. Our estimate will provide line item costs for each aspect of the project so the customer is aware of all costs and will not be surprised by "hidden fees". It also gives the customer the ability to prioritize and budget as they see fit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an informal telephone conversation so we can listen to the customers needs and requirements. Next, we like to do a site visit so we can go over the particulars with the customer. We then generate a Detailed Cost Estimate within 48 hrs of the site visit. Once the customer elects to move forward, we produce a contract with an agreed upon completion date.
