- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Discounts, when available, are applied to labor only, not materials. Card payments may include a small processing fee (typically around 3.5%), which will always be clearly communicated upfront. We make sure there are no surprises and that all costs are explained before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by introducing ourselves and, whenever possible, scheduling a phone call to better understand the customer’s needs and project details. From there, we schedule an on-site visit if needed and clearly explain any diagnostic, consultation, or estimate fees in advance. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and comfortable from the very first interaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified in the fields we work in, including HVAC, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. We completed formal training at local technical schools in New Jersey. Our senior technician, Angel, brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical work. We also believe strongly in continuing education and regularly update our skills to stay current with codes, technology, and best practices.
