- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the project and square footage. We have a minimum charge of $1000.00 per project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a quick phone call to go over the clients needs and general project information as well as set up a free estimate appointment. At the free estimate appointment we will go over the project in detail, measure, and get the clients true vision. We will then send out an estimate, and once the client receives and accepts the estimate we will schedule a day to start. We are there with clients every step of the way and are readily available to answer any questions that come up.
