I reached out about having my staircase redone in the home I just purchased. I received a response almost immediately after I sent a message and after providing some key details and pictures I was able to receive an estimate. We became aware that I lived about 2 hours away, but that did not stop Douglas from taking the job. There was constant communication, which involved updates, some strategic planning and pictures of the process. I would have no hesitation to reach out again for future projects and recommend to friends and family. I am going to upload some before and after pictures as well for reference
