- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is right in line with what other Event Planners are offering. I will discount an event if my services are used in full. My only fee's would be for a cancellation with in a respectful time frame.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to sit down or at best have a phone conversation with a customer. This allows me to see what their needs are and what I can do for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 (+) years in the industry and are Certified In Event/Wedding Planning, ServeSafe, and Tips. I also owned a restaurant for 3 years, and are currently the GM for a Boutique Liquor Store so my knowlege of ine and Spirits is extensive.
