It's definitely value for money for the quality you get.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer to get a feel of their expectations in terms of what they're looking for, the actual session and the post session timeline. during the session, ny priority is to make them feel comfortable so they will relax in front of the camera. Subsequently, I provide proofs within 2 working days via a cloud link for selection. Then I edit them and provide finals via the same link for easy download.

I keep reading up and trying different techniques. I also attend webinars and workshops to keep my skills updated.
