Came out took estimated pushed for deposit 2 months before he could start, we agreed on a date needed as I had a holiday party, he said “every thing was damaged when he got the product” yet had my money for 2 months and waited last minute or just didn’t get to it. Then installed absolutely horrible the turf, seams and cuts all thru out as this was the cheap way of doing. And the wrong way of doing. Have multiple text stating will repair and contacted manufacturer for defect when in fact this was fraud it was his install, and now won’t respond to a single thing, to top it off, charged my credit card for final payment within 24 hours of completed job and WITHOUT any approval. He claims to have a warranty on his work, but doesn’t reply. Pavers as well are already sinking as house is on the water.

Prime landscaping and more importantly Randy were absolutely a pleasure to work with. From start to finish, they were involved, communicative, efficient, and made me feel like I was the most important client. They did an incredible job on a very big sod project. The pricing was fair and transparent. I never once had to guess what was going on or what I was paying for. The crew was organized and friendly and the job got done exactly as promised. I could not be any happier with the job and would love to recommend them to any body looking for any landscaping job.
