Mike always showed up on time and when scheduled. This project had to be done in different sections and unfortunately different schedules, other Tilers pushed the typical "I just want to get in there and get it done" Mike had no problem doing what was needed, when it was needed. We love the work he did, herring bone patterns are a bit tedious, he did a great job with the floor.
Another great feature he recommended was to install a heat mat under the tile floor, feels great on the feet on those chilly mornings. Mike did our shower stall as well, the wife was a bit picky on selecting which tile was to go where, he had no issue with this and worked along with her to set the pattern to her liking. You know the phrase " Happy Wife-Happy Life" well maybe?
One of the main reasons I chose Stefanelli Tile was that I needed a custom made shower base (mud job) he has many years of experience in doing this. In closing I recommend Stefanelli Tiling, he will do a nice job for you and not run away with your money. His estimate wasn't the highest quote nor the lowest quote, I felt it to be very fair. Most of us know what cheap equates to.

Would not use anyone else. He is fabulous and I can’t say enough good about things about Mike as a craftsman or a person.
