- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have all types of training packages to meet the needs of all our clients... we are currently offering a "Spring into Fitness" program which would be 10 one on one personal training sessions for $500 and for that price would would also offer a fitness evaluation to assess your current level of fitness and a one on one nutrition coaching session with a meal plan to designed to help you loose body fat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With all of our first time fitness clients we put them through a comprehensive physical fitness evaluation prior to training at no cost to them. This gives us the opportunity to determine their fitness level and design a program to fit their needs. It also allows us to track progress over the course of a training program
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mike Keenan has practiced in the field of Health and Fitness for over 30 years. As a high school and college athlete, Mike understood the importance of focusing on goals to accomplish dreams. "A goal is a dream with a date on it". Mike is a Graduate of SUNY Cortland, with a degree in Physical Education and Athletic Training.Mike became a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer in 1987. Mike then attended graduate school at the University of Buffalo on a graduate assistant ship, where he taught in the undergraduate physical therapy program and served as an athletic trainer. From 1989-1994, Mike served as the Director of Athletic Training and Sports Performance Training for a large Long Island Physical Therapy practice where his primary responsibility was to recondition professional and amateur athletes for return to play.
