Vince is an excellent photographer! As the past Vice President of the Philippine Nurse's Association, we always have educational functions and celebration. Vince is our photographer. Vince always take pride in his job. He is very friendly and amiable! He treated us in a red carpet style. he makes sure that all of the attendees has pictures. Vince ensures that with doing correct lighting too. His visual art is amazing!
