Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for my family party! From setting up early and great sound quality to playing our favorites and keeping the party exciting for hours. Looking forward to the next party to book them!

DJ has started late. The quality of sound was horrible. I feel sorry for all the money I have spent on that DJ! It was an absolute waste of $400. I would do that by myself much better. That's what we did. We ended up letting the DJ go earlier, turned the speaker on and played Spotify.

My experience with Providence DJ Services was ok. I wish that most of the songs on my playlist were played during the event. However, that was not the case. I found out during the day of the event that some of the songs on my playlist weren’t available. I wished there was better communication beforehand about this issue. After the event ended, I paid the DJ and he had miscounted the money. He said that I owed him money when it was clear that he had miscounted. This was an inconvenience and embarrassing as that could have been avoided had he counted the money. On a positive note, the DJ showed up on time and had his equipment set up before the event started.

Linda.....I am sorry that you were less than totally satisfied with our services and I would ask that you please contact me asap to discuss a refund......our goal is to have our clients be 100% happy with our services.....regarding the music....for some reason, when attempting to download the Bollywood music which you requested, a virus alert kept appearing in all of our attempts and we were reluctant to bring it into our play list.....regarding the miscounted money issue.....it was an honest mistake by our DJ.....be bills were stuck together and he missed one....we are as honest as the day is long and I sincerely apologize for any embarrassment this might have caused you.....it was a beautiful wedding and I wish you many years of happiness....I look forward to hearing from you to discuss a refund....John Seidel - Owner - Providence DJ Services
