What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask for the year, make, model, engine size, symptoms, warning lights, and any photos or videos if available. Then I review the information and give an estimate or recommend a diagnostic. Once the customer approves, we schedule a time and location that is safe to work on the vehicle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with automotive repair, diagnostics, maintenance, brakes, batteries, alternators, starters, sensors, belts, suspension parts, and basic electrical issues. I have worked around repair shops and continue learning through real-world repairs, service information, and diagnostic procedures.
