Service Agreement By booking an appointment with Sly Auto Services, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all services provided, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. ⸻ 2. $100 Hiring / Service Fee A non-refundable $100 hiring fee. • This fee covers travel, time, and initial inspection. • The hiring fee may be applied toward the total repair cost if the customer approves the recommended repair. • If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, the $100 fee will still apply. ⸻ 3. Estimates & Repairs • All repair estimates are based on an initial inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered. • Customer approval is required before any additional work is performed. • Parts and labor costs will be clearly communicated prior to proceeding with repairs. ⸻ 4. Parts Policy • Customers may choose to provide their own parts or request that Sly Auto Services supplies them. • No warranty is provided on customer-supplied or aftermarket parts. • If an aftermarket or customer-supplied part fails or causes any issues, the customer assumes full responsibility. • Even if the part is under manufacturer warranty, labor is not covered. Any replacement will require a new labor charge. ⸻ 5. Payment Terms • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Accepted payment methods include: cash, Zelle, Cash App, and card (or specify your methods). • Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or legal action. ⸻ 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the $100 hiring fee. ⸻ 7. Liability • Sly Auto Services is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, underlying issues, or hidden damage discovered during or after repairs. • We are not liable for delays due to parts availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. ⸻ 8. Work Environment • The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and suitable working environment. • This includes a flat surface, safe location, and adequate space to perform the service. • Services may be refused or discontinued if working conditions are deemed unsafe or hazardous. ⸻ 9. Warranty Disclaimer • Any applicable labor warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper installation by others, or unrelated mechanical failures. • Warranty applies only under normal operating conditions and does not include customer-supplied parts. ⸻ 10. Agreement By booking a service with Sly Auto Services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
