We are a new cleaning company so we are temporarily offering up to 10% discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep it simple and professional. After you reach out, we’ll ask a few quick questions about your home and what you’re looking for (standard, deep cleaning). Once we understand your needs, we’ll send you a quote and match you with a trusted cleaner or team. You’ll get reminders before the job, and we always show up within a 30-minute arrival window. During the clean, we check in to make sure everything met your expectations — and if anything isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Our goal is to earn your trust from day one so we can become your go-to cleaning team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners have at least 5 years of professional cleaning experience, and many have been working in the industry even longer. We only work with reliable, detail-oriented professionals who know how to care for a variety of home surfaces, finishes, and layouts. We also provide ongoing guidance to make sure every cleaner meets Fieldway’s standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
