- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
people here the price of a job and they think that goes right into my pocket. the final price goes for many different things, as it does in any business. the government gets it's cut, but I still have expenses such as insurances, materials, equipment, ect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's very important to communicate with costumers. since I am working in their house I want to make sure we are all on the same page so they understand the process and what my expectations are for the finished product
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
in this business I learn so much just from being on the job. it's taken countless hours with a brush in my hand to become as skilled as I am. but there is also the knowledge aspect as well. I know more about paint, it's application, it's make up and how and when different paints should be used, then any person should. It all comes from on the job experiences.
