Armen came to my house to replace my laptop keyboard. I do not feel comfortable leaving my computer with strangers overnight, so I hired him because I wanted the repair to be performed in my home, in front of me. He was punctual and well-equipped with numerous tools to implement the replacement of my keyboard. He was pleasant, engaging, and highly competent. The whole process took about an hour and most importantly, the replacement keyboard was correctly installed (works perfectly!) with every single small screw returned to its proper location. I am extremely satisfied with his competency and would not hesitate to use AKB Consulting again should any other parts of my computer ever need to be replaced. A good man - and fairly priced!
