- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to work with my clients needs to ensure they get quality service for the best price. I offer different services /combination packages. Initial consultation is free. Prices are adjusted based on location due to travel fees and time . Parking prices may vary. I offer wardrobe update with closet assessment for a flat fee of $400 . I offer a closet assessment, clean out and organization for flat fee of $600.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact customer for consultation to gather information on their expectations. Meet with the customers to review the areas that need service (in person or virtual). View their style and the look they are going for. Discuss solution that meets their needs for the best price !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Post secondary degree. I have training from Bee Organize.
