Sunday morning my heating baseboard pipe burst and water started gushing out of it. Did not in a million years imagine that I would find a reasonable plumber to come out on a Sunday to fix. I figured I would have to wait until the next day for fixing. But Michael came to the rescue. He responded immediately! After providing photographs and explaining what occurred, he gave me an estimate, and a time of arrival. He arrived exactly on time AND the quote given was exactly what was charged. No extra fees or hidden agenda. He was very communicative during the process and even gave us a referral for a different issue that we asked him to take a look at for me since he was there already. I'm surely keeping his information handy for any future work/emergencies. Thank you! Added some photos for reference. The photos with the towels are the 'before' photos...wasn't really able to show the small slit that created such havoc.
