Toastmasters International has 280,000 worldwide members. District 83 is comprised of more than 160 Toastmasters Clubs throughout New York's Staten Island and Rockland County, as well as New Jersey's Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren Counties. District 83 is one of only 90 Toastmasters International Districts in the world.
