- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born into it. Went to school to become a nurse and 15 years later missed it so much, that I came right back to it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate events, cocktail parties, plated service and full service station, passed and stationary hor d'ourves. In that order.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Grand opening breakfast for 500 people for a clothing store that recently opened in my area. Multiple Sclerosis Preakness on the Piazza event for 1500 people. It was for a great cause and was a fabulous event.
