I have had the pleasure of having been trained by Chad. First off, he is very pleasant, easy to approach and talk with, motivated, and makes you feel like you can accomplish anything in your workout! Oh,I forgot professional and on time! Chad allowed me to explain what I wanted to accomplish, and allowed me to go at a pace I was comfortable with, however, he also challenged me when I was scared to challenge myself, which is important! Also, I stopped working with Chad, due to personal reason's, and he still gave me a hand written regiment that I could follow on my own. (That's called commitment to service!) I do look forward to him training me again in the future!
