Introduction: I offer pre-marital counseling as I am a also a National Certified Counselor. I am also functionally fluent in French and Spanish. Ceremonies are tailored to the couple's interfaith or nondenominational preferences. Family and cultural traditions are honored as well. I have always enjoyed working in the hospitality industry. I started working in the hotel industry at age 15. Fast forward 30 years and I am still happily coordinating with hotels and banquet centers for wedding ceremonies. The very best part of being a Ceremony Officiant is working with people in love. I truly enjoy hearing each couple's love story of how they met. Working with lovebirds really is heartwarming and one of the best careers on the planet!

Rev. Mary Therese Ryan was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in giving suggestions towards possible rituals/traditions to include in our ceremony. Although we already had an idea of what we wanted to begin with, she helped us with creative additions and tailored them to our wedding. She was extremely professional and personable. We are STILL receiving compliments on how unique our ceremony was, and how awesome our Officiant was in performing it. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a truly special experience.

Rev. Ryan was amazing to work with! From our first video chat meeting to our actual wedding day she was great. We emailed back and forth all our questions and needs and she always responded quickly with the answers we needed. She was patient with us in our decision making process when it came to our ceremony, answered any and all questions we had, and provided us with ideas and suggestions that helped make our day even better. She never pushed us in any one direction and helped us in further developing our own ideas and plans. She arrived prompt and early to our ceremony like she said she would. I could not have asked for a better wedding officiant, I highly recommend her.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend at least 2 Business mixers each year. Typically these are seminars presented by leaders in the wedding services industry. As a minister, I also try to deepen my faith by attending retreats at Murray Grove, services at Catholic and Protestant churches, yoga kirtans, zen sanghas, and generally be in the company of good and trustworthy people!
