The convenient location is the West Chester Borough with easy parking made it easy to pull up and run in with out the hassle of a mega gym. I could feel the relief in my body after completing her introductory reformer sessions (4 sessions). I continued my membership with TRX classes and occasionally revisit the reformer. My trips to the chiropractor have been cut in half since joining Platinum Pilates and the strength I've gained has improved my running tremendously. The personalized instruction can't be matched.
