- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price per hour and depending on the guest count, how long the party is and also how far the Travel is. I will determine my quote. Cash,Check and Venmo are my excepted forms of payment and all Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. I have a great staff of all professionals in the F&B industry that I use and whether its Serving, Bartending or anything else you the client may need. I know my staff will do a great job and make your event enjoyable for you and your guests. I My pricing is fair and reasonable compared to market value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to work with the client in every step of the process from preparation up until the completion of the event. I like to know what type of event, the amount of guests, arrival time of staff and client expectations. I am easily accesible and will answer any question the client has about their upcoming event.
