- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

That's why we offer a range of pricing options to fit various needs and budgets. We offer a free consultation and estimate to get a sense of the project's scope and any specific requests or preferences the customer may have. From there, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the work, the materials used, and the project's total cost. We are happy to work with our customers to find the best pricing solution for their needs, and we offer several discounts and promotions throughout the year. For example, we may offer discounts for repeat customers or projects booked during off-peak seasons. We charge a small design fee for custom plans, which is fully credited toward the project's total cost if the customer decides to move forward with us. We also have a standard cancellation fee to cover any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Overall, our goal is to be transparent and upfront about our pricing and to work with our customers to find the best solution that fits their needs and budget.

When working with a new customer, our typical process is as follows: Initial consultation: The first step is to schedule a consultation with the customer to discuss their outdoor space's landscaping and hardscaping needs and vision. Depending on the customer's preference, this can be done in person or virtually. Design proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we will create a design proposal outlining the work to be done, the materials to be used, and the total cost of the project. This proposal will also include any necessary permits or approvals that may be required. Contract and deposit: If the customer decides to move forward with the project, we will provide a contract outlining the work's terms. A deposit is usually required to secure the project and cover any upfront costs. Project planning and preparation: Before work begins, we will review the project details with the customer and answer any questions or concerns they may have. We will also take care of any necessary permits or approvals and ensure that all materials and equipment are ready for the start of the project. Execution: On the day of the project, our team of skilled professionals will arrive on-site and get to work bringing the customer's vision to life. We'll keep the customer updated on progress and address any issues or concerns as they arise. Completion and follow-up: Once the project is completed, we will conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction.
