- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we determine our price on a 4 different things 1. Type of party (sweet 16, wedding, birthday, religious gathering) 2. Day and time (weekday is cheaper then weekend pricing) 3. Amount of people at the gathering 4. Distance traveled
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we agree on a price I will send you a contract to send back to me signed. Then I ask you about what the theme of your party and what are the features you would like to have on your print out from the booth. We give 4x6 prints with custom designs on them to match your personality and theme of your event
- What types of customers have you worked with?
we have done childrens birthdays, weddings, surprise parties, and end of year parties
