- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with the client to work out the appropriate price, depending on their needs, as well as work out special prices for block booking etc
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer to asses their needs and see what is the best route for them. And then get straight into the water, I am available to talk to and meet new customers before any commitment is made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a qualified Water Safety Instructor by the American red cross since 2011, with refresh courses every year. As well as being CPR, First Aid and Lifeguard trained. I coach and manage a group of instructors every summer to become better instructors and work on their skills as well as always improving my own
