We hired Juan several times over the past 5 years and he has always been professional and reasonable. He treats us like he wants us as repeat customers and is willing take on both small and large jobs. We don’t feel a need to get estimates anymore.

I have used Juan to tune up an entire new commercial property I purchased that had sat vacant for over a year. It was a mess but he was exceptional! He was beyond prompt, communicated well, saved us money where he could, and finished the entire job well before other contractors I had hired for easier jobs. I have used JJAirPlus many times since in both my commercial property (upgrades and maintenance) as well as in my personal home. I have even recommended him to close friends and family and he has absolutely continued to meet and exceed expectations. Contractors should learn a lesson from Juan about honesty, integrity, and not ripping off their customers. Book this company and know you are in good hands.
