JJ Air Plus helped to fix a problem with the AC in the attic. Prior to their visit, water was dripping from all the vents, including the main bedroom on the upper level and the ground floor. Water was also leaking at spots where there were no vents. The water seeped all the way to the basement which is not connected to the central AC. They evaluated the problem, tested to observe the water flow, etc and replaced a PVC pipe. We were advised to monitor the problem over the coming weeks and to let them down if the issue persisted, improved or improved but was still present. We are still observing but there has been a great improvement. Prior to their visit, another company visited and indicated they did not see the source of the problem. We were told it was probably rain when rain had been falling for months with no issues. In addition to the repair, they gave us an appraisal of the present AC system.

Very impressed with the service I received today. I reached out and instantly got a reply followed by a phone call. They came out within 2 hours and my air conditioner was fixed less than an hour after their arrival. We had reached out to multiple companies before finding JJ Air Plus and were either met with ridiculous prices or being told they wouldn’t work on our unit. JJ Air Plus was responsive, reliable and very reasonably priced! Would definitely use again!!

I have used Juan to tune up an entire new commercial property I purchased that had sat vacant for over a year. It was a mess but he was exceptional! He was beyond prompt, communicated well, saved us money where he could, and finished the entire job well before other contractors I had hired for easier jobs. I have used JJAirPlus many times since in both my commercial property (upgrades and maintenance) as well as in my personal home. I have even recommended him to close friends and family and he has absolutely continued to meet and exceed expectations.
