If your project is an interior floor we have 10 foot 8 foot ride on machines and multiple walk behinds to give you the perfect shine to your floor.

MBM Construction has now done multiple jobs on my home and property and I am extremely pleased. Each time, I have felt comfortable about the objective of the jobs, felt that Chaz acted with professionalism, and I am happy I chose this company. Unfortunately, there are some questionable contractors out there, however, MBM is anything but. The trimwork on my home looks fantastic! My renovated basement (thanks to Chaz) is my favorite place to relax. Also, MBM extracted and replaced my concrete walkway and it looks great! As a first time homeowner, I am proud of the work MBM has done and I cannot wait to show my family and friends the beautiful updates!

I want to give a negative star rating but one star is the lowest.
MBM replaced a brick and paver walkway and retaining wall in my front yard with a concrete walkway and retaining wall. I was expecting more precision and overall better job since this company stated they specialized in concrete. But the concrete work was mediocre, if that. Sloppy would be a better term. Honestly I saw the red flags, but was in a time crunch. Firstly, Chaz asked for in person 70% upfront. However, the invoice stated 60% upfront. The original timeline was completion in 2 days. The work was started on July 3, 2015 and ended July 13, 2015. So the front of my property was literally jacked up for over a week. So I told Chaz he needed to finish the work by July 13 and I guess that offended his ego. So he finished what he could but destroyed my lawn. I felt like he wasnt precise or careful with my property because I told him he was taking too long. I was tempted to call the police because ultimately he vandalized my property. I complained about it to him but he never even apologized for the simple fact that I was unsatisfied. I mentioned to him the pictures on the company website shows their claimed work of customers concrete work and their lawns were kept intact. So I was confused as to why my lawn looked so bad. Chaz stated I took pictures its just 3 holes in your lawn, someone must of came after we were done and messed up your yard. Really? Ultimately, I was scammed. Chazs unprofessionalism and disrespect for my property is appalling. I will strongly not recommend MBM/Chaz to anyone. And I am 100% dissatisfied with the craftsmanship of his work.

I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the completed work. As stated in the contract you viewed prior to the start of the job, MBM is not responsible for back filling concrete forms. We do our best to keep the job site clean and reduce the amount of damage to your yard, but with any concrete removal and replacement, some grass and dirt loss is expected. Please know moving forward, our policy on back filling forms will be made more clear given this misunderstanding, and customers will be given the option to include this service, so we can avoid this issue in the future. As for your note regarding the timing of the job, timing estimates are always weather permitting. Concrete cannot be poured in the rain and to ensure the integrity of the concrete we only pour in dry conditions. As for the quality of the concrete work, everything was square, level, and finished appropriately. In my opinion, a very successful pour.

Chaz did excellent work. His prices fit my budget and l love my new fence. My dog on the other hand is not used to it yet lol. Would definitely consider using his services in the future
