Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: A Kids Come First Online tutoring session leverages an virtual classroom where the tutor and student meet and can verbally communicate with each other over the internet. The student will be provided with their own account that they can use to schedule time with the tutor. Additionally, constant contact with the parents and teacher is initiated by the tutor to solicit feedback allowing the tutor to better customize sessions to focus on areas where improvement is needed. The feeling of accomplishment that comes with seeing the light bulb switch on in a student's head when they finally get it!!! Hearing from their parent or teacher that they are more confident not only in their mastery of the concepts they were having trouble with, but also confident that they can learn new concepts.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was born simply out of a joy of tutoring over the 15 years I had been working with students of varying grade levels (including college) before founding Kids Come First Online Tutoring. With the addition of internet technology, I am now able to reach and tutor more students literally anywhere in the world. I am no longer limited to arranging to meet student face to face(especially in the winter time when it's cold outside!!!!).

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Since it is your child who will be interacting with whom you select as their tutor, make sure that above all else, your child is comfortable with the tutor. If they are comfortable, they will be more inclined to ask questions and the tutoring session will consequently be more productive.
