- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our prices are competitive with the average rates in NJ. We have many different package options to meet any budget, including 55 and 30 minute sessions; one, two, three, and unlimited sessions per week packages. Interest free payment plans on packages of 8 sessions or more. If you can find a lower price for equivalent services and experience somewhere else, we will match it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new customer gets a free consultation. During the free consultation, the trainer and customer will discuss health history, workout history, nutrition, and fitness goals. The trainer will put the client through a short, basic, but challenging workout so that we can see the current fitness level of the new client. Although the workout part of the consultation is meant to be challenging, we always stay within the new client's abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I renew my personal training certifications every two years. I always get a different one so that I am always expanding my knowledge in different areas of fitness and health. My most recent cert is a Sport Specific Trainer certification. I am currently in school working towards a degree in the field of Physical Therapy specializing in Sports Medicine. I have studied Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, and Health Sciences.
