Introduction: As a licensed New Jersey Title Agent I am able to do complete closings ie: preparing the settlement statement, explaining it to both the buyer and seller and explaining the the mortgage documents etc. to the borrower ( buyer ). I can also just notarize the necessary documents too. I usually work with nice people and help them get into what is hopefully their dream home.

Mr. Kinslow's team of contractors renovated my kitchen. The job was done at my home in Yardley, PA. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and inexpensive suggestions that would add lasting beauty and value to my home. Mr. Kinslow (Bob) did extra work that he didn't tell me about, and didn't charge me any additional cost. What could he have done better? He could have told me when his team completed the job before they cleaned up and left my home spotless. I had to call him and ask about some work that I did not ask him to do. The guy is a true professional, and I have recommended him to my neighbors.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a certified notary and I was asked to help someone by notarizing a closing package and they asked me to do it full time. So I went to school and took the Title Insurance class and the state test and here we are.
