We recently had the pleasure of working with Nu Look Home for the installation of vinyl windows in our 1985 home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Throughout the entire process, from signing the contract to the installation day, the communication remained top-notch. On the day of installation, the Nu Look Home team continued to impress. The installers were not only on time but also incredibly courteous. I am posting 5 stars for the service that was provided by Shawn Barrick when he came to replace window. His service was impeccable. He was on time, provided excellent quick service, and even gave advice on how to prolong use of windows and some care instructions.As far as Nulook company and working with allside warranty company the experience was challenging this time and I have worked with both companies to replace windows in the past with no problems.This time nulook numbers are busy or just not working. The service manager number voicemail was full. It took almost 3 to 4 months to get window replaced from the start of process. I kept having to try to call nulook and allside and kept getting the run around if i was able to reach someone. I even had to fill out an online quote so that someone from nulook would call back because their phones were not working. It took one day for them to call to ask about a quote but for weeks I couldn't reach them via phone. Unacceptable.Hopefully in the future both nulook and allside will improve their customer service and fix the phone issues.

At NuLook Home Design, our customer-centric process begins with scheduling a free consultation at a time that suits your schedule, with appointment slots available at 10 AM, 2 PM, and 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. During the appointment, our experienced exterior remodeling consultant will visit your home to capture detailed photos of your exterior project. Once we have these photos, we initiate a 3D rendering of your project. In addition to the visual rendering, we conduct a property inspection, making note of any relevant findings. For roofing projects, we inspect the attic to ensure a thorough assessment. After completing the inspections and rendering, we sit down with you at your table. During this crucial step, we discuss your project goals, preferences, and product selection, as well as financing options. We take it a step further by allowing you to interact with an in-home visualizer, which displays your 3D rendering. This tool empowers you to explore different color options and product selections directly on your home's exterior. Upon completion of this process, we provide you with a competitive price, valid for up to a year. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully informed and satisfied every step of the way as we bring your exterior vision to life.
