- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years in the ceramic and commercial hardwood flooring industry. I am certified as a tile consultant by the Ceramic Tile Institute of America.
