Our old site was hosted by GoDaddy and I managed it myself using their website tonight software. To me, my site was fine and I didnt see any real need for change so I was fine with not changing it. But last spring I went to an event for service providers of weddings and events. There I met a DJ who was telling me about his website and how it brought in new leads for him on almost a daily basis. Long story short, he used an online form to gather leads from his website and search engine optimization to bring those leads in. I was familiar with forms, but search engine optimization was foreign to me. I asked him about the company who he worked with and he referred me to Webgevity. Originally I did not speak with Bill, I spoke with Mark who after explaining a few things about this whole SEO stuff and how it works, transferred me over to Bill. When I first spoke with Bill to my surprise we did not talk really about techie stuff, instead he asked me a lot about my business and myself. He wanted to know how I worked, what my role was, how much time I dedicated each day, and wellthere were more questions, but I cannot remember them all (sorry Mr. Witt LOL I know, I mean, Bill). What I do remember is that he made me think that he understood what was going on and that made me feel good! When they finally presented me with a strategy for my new website it actually included things that the website could manage autonomously for me so that I could actually free up some time in my day. Not being too big of a tech person, for a moment I actually considered some of the things they were doing via the website and wondered if they were even possible at all, but in the end, I could not be happier. After seeing the finished results of their efforts, and witnessing the first class customer support that I receive for just being a past customer is unparalleled. I would recommend Webgevity to anyone who needs a new web company that actually cares about you and takes the time to show it.

Bill and the others at Webgevity were extremely professional and courteous. Enough cannot be said about their customer service, they took the time to listen to me, and for once I didnt feel stupid talking to a techie person about my business. Ive said this to Bill more than once so I will say it to those considering using Webgevity, they are, without a doubt the best company we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We went there looking for a new website but came out with a totally new understanding of our business and products online.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a customer will have a general idea of what they are trying to accomplish, but they may not be able to describe their need due to the fact that they are unaware of the tools or techniques available to help them reach said accomplishments. We work transparently with customers through our online shop to piece together the perfect solution that will help them better understand and accomplish their goals. It allows our customers to see what methods are available as well as the many ways to execute each method to achieve particular goals.
