Jessie is making getting healthy and fit easy with small changes. I was afraid for awhile to contact and work with someone on my health journey because I thought they would say, "take this out." "Eat this." "Don't eat this!" They would make me feel bad for what I was eating. Jessie does not do that. She makes small reachable goals that allow for success. She is easy to reach when you have a question. So far I am pleased with what is happening sad I'm sure that I will see improvement in my overall health, not just weight lost.
