Excellent job, from start to finish, on a clothes dryer repair. Scheduled the work late Thurs evening for 10 am Fri. Arrived on time, identified the problem, was able to get the correct part from a local supplier, installed and fixed. Provided good repair or replace advice. Also, trouble-shot the interior dryer light and emailed me a link to the correct bulb.

Michael arrived on time. He diagnosed the machine's problem, and explained the issue clearly. He gave a fairly priced quote, and a range of dates for the repair, depending on availability of the necessary part. He had a professional, open and helpful demeanor. I will update this review when the repair has been completed. Michael repaired the machine and recommended an appliance surge protector. His fee was very reasonable. Very positive outcome!

i offer free estimates on installations and for repair work there is a diagnostic fee which would go towards the cost of the repair if you went ahead with the repair.
