I recently had the pleasure of working with Bonilla flooring to address some issues with the carpet in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, the entire process was seamless.
Darwin, the owner, was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions, putting my mind at ease. The actual carpet stretching was done meticulously, and the difference is like night and day—no more unsightly bumps or wrinkles!
I will recommend Bonilla flooring and would hire them again for any future flooring my needs. Plus is a small business and I love supporting small businesses!

My tenant complained about the quality of work…she said the floors had cracks, and that he said he would come back to put the rubber at the edge of the tile on one of the sides, but never came back and never put the rubber at the end of the tile. I told him what my tenant said and showed him the pictures, but he never responded back

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices changes depending how what I am going to do. Depending what material they want. And also if the customer buys the material and I only do the installation or if I buy the material and do the installation too. It basically changes depending on the situation
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always have conversations about what they specifically want so we don’t have any misunderstandings or any confusions with the work. I tell them how I work and we make a deal depending on what’s good both sides
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I just learned with experience working as a helper for someone else, I learned everything and got good at it
