Got a brand new roof installed, it looks very nice and was done quickly (took just 2 days). The workers who did the roof were nice guys and worked very hard in tremendous heat. I have no complaints about the work done. However, the manager Edison... that is a different story. I am not going to leave a bad review ONLY because I feel bad for the workers and don't want them to lose their source of income by not being hired again. It is not their fault that they have a horrible boss. Edison truly needs to re-think his interaction with customers and maybe take some courses on effective communication, responsiveness, anger management, and honesty. When I originally wrote this review in Word, it was about 2.5 pages, but I decided to be the bigger person and just let it go. Edison - I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you can treat future customers better than you treated me.
