- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set rates for various standard services, but the fee's can vary based on each unique project. I can also set up a flexible payment system.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we have an initial consultation over the Telephone or Skype, Google Hangouts, etc.. We discuss your needs, wants, desires, expectations & goals. If we are in agreement with this "Plan of Action", we execute a simple agreement and begin to Kick it into gear.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
