FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While every potential client is different, in terms of size and needs, I try to be flexible and fair with each of them. If a client has a budget constraint, we work together to determine a value that's reasonable for both parties. I prefer to arrange a flat fee for each client and bill either monthly or quarterly. I never charge my clients for telephone calls or advice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer getting to know a client initially via a telephone conversation. I think you can learn a lot about an individual by speaking with them. It also allows me to fully understand their professional and personal needs with regard to the scope of the work requested. The client also gets to know me a little and I can provide them comfort that their financial and tax concerns are in good hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a financial and tax professional with over 30 years of experience. My experience is in both public and corporate accounting and have extensive knowledge in the Manufacturing, Transportation, Construction, Real Estate, Apparel, Professional Services, and General Business industries, including Fortune 500 Media & Advertising.
