We can proudly state that our instructors are all certified through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) or have registered to sit for the national exam within the next 6 months. “The PMA is dedicated to keeping the spirit of Joe and Clara (Pilates) alive for future generations and to upholding the highest standards for the professional practice of the Pilates method both in the United States and globally. Through the establishment of the PMA Pilates Certification Exam and the credential Certified Pilates Teacher, the public can be confident of quality, expertise and integrity in the teaching and practice of the Pilates method." - Kevin Bowen, the Executive Director of the Pilates Method Alliance Opening Pure Pilates and being a Pilates instructor is the culmination of a lifetime dream. Pure Pilates is a wonderful studio. I visited and researched many of them in my area before making the decision to join. I was a novice to Pilates and wanted to find a place where being the "newbie" would not be intimidating and uncomfortable. Well, I found the place. The staff is knowledgeable and very professinal. I have progressed in 8 months from barely being able to touch my toes to doing roll ups, the 100, orbilates, etc. I have abs and feel my stomach muscles. Yeah! My flexibility has improved 100%. I feel like I'm 30 again! I'm sleeping better and have much more energy. I would highly recommend Pure Pilates to anyone wanting to get started in the art of Pilates. It is great for toning, conditioning and an overall sense of mind, body and peace.

Pure Pilates has been a great experience for me! I began as a novice, training with patient and knowledgeable instructors. They developed my strength, agility, balance, and helped me to become leaner, toned and to feel healthier (and look better!). The space is beautiful, clean and light and airy; the staff is thoroughly professional.

Pure Pilates is a wonderful place! I have been a client for many years and would never go anywhere else. The studio is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am much stronger, flexible and overall more fit as a result of my time at Pure Pilates. I would highly recommend it!

Pure Pilates is a friendly and comfortable studio. I love the personal attention and the variety of Pilates workouts available. I’ve become hooked on Pilates and feel great.
