We had Edwin remove old carpet and baseboard, and install engineered hardwood Armstrong floors and new baseboard in an old apartment in New York. We previously had another contractor come in and they installed the first room incorrectly, so Edwin and his guys came in and pulled the floor up and reinstalled the floor correctly, without making a ton of extra waste. A time for completion was agreed upon, and Edwin hit it without a problem. There was a lot of communication over text and pictures and if there was something we were concerned with, Edwin worked with us to find a solution.

They arrived on time for their appointments, theirs was the lowest price, they showed up on time to start the job, they laid carpet, completed it on schedule, I didn't see it, but my wife said it looked great. What more could you ask for?

Hire this company to remove and install 550 square feet of 20x20 porcelain tile throughout the first level of my house built in 1950. The work was done in 5 days, very organized, clean and on time. Excellent price. Edwin and his staff are very friendly, respectful, willing to listen and solve any unforeseen. I highly recommend this company and plan for next year to place new floors in the second level with this company.

Quotes are almost always negotiable within reason. Some rates are flat/standard and some have room for cushion. I try to work with everyone. Generally my quotes are extremely competitive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to make it as convenient as possible for a new customer. Sometimes I don't even have to come to the project site and can go off of photos and measurements.
